"Bitter Ginger" is a tropical plant native to Asia. It is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, antimicrobial, analgesic and antiviral properties.

This plant is used Hawaii as shampoo. When the pine cones turns red it is ready to harvest.

We grow and process our own Awaphui on site ensuring a traceable source from start to finish!
